In 2008, he was honored with the esteemed fellowship in implant dentistry by the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, recognizing his outstanding contribution and dedication to the field. His quest for specialized expertise led him to earn a Master’s Degree in Orofacial Pain and Oral Medicine from the prestigious USC in 2015, further enriching his knowledge base.
His expertise extends to 3D and Cad Cam Dentistry, Laser Dentistry, orthodontics and Invisalign, TMJ and occlusion, Sleep Apnea, Snoring, and dental sleep disorders. Dr. Tabariai completed his undergraduate degree at the University of California at Los Angeles before entering the School of Dentistry at the University of Pennsylvania. After dental school he joined an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery internship at the University Medical Center in Fresno, California. After two years of the surgery internship, he went on to becoming a resident in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. After his graduation he continues to be a part-time attending at Fresno Community Regional Medical Center and the full time On Call Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon for Providence Little Company of Mary Hospital in Torrance, Ca.
Dr. Tabariai is currently practicing Oral and Maxillofacial surgery in the greater Southern California area. He maintains his specialty practice in oral and maxillofacial surgery .

Dr. Rafiee received his doctorate degree in 2006 from USC Dental School. Since then he has written several dental research articles in contemporary peer review journals, presented advanced surgical cases at dental seminars, and has taught advanced gum grafting to dentists in the Los Angeles area.
Dr. Rafiee’s goal is to provide a comfortable and relaxing experience to achieve the highest esthetics and functional results. This is done through combining surgical procedures, being up to date on the latest methods, and providing sedation and sleep dentistry. Dr. Rafiee is a board certified periodontist and implant dentist and a member of the American Dental Association.
Dr. Rafiee performed surgical dental procedures during his first residency in the Central California Veterans Hospital and Fresno Community Hospital. He then complemented his second residency after returning to USC Dental School, this time with focus on periodontics and implant dentistry. There he became a Diplomat of the American Board of Periodontology by concentrating in treating periodontal disease and placing dental implants while completing a Master’s Degree in cranial facial biology.
